About UsAbout the Role
As an Associate/Senior Associate in CSRD Assurance you will help some of the largest companies in the EU meet sustainability reporting standards across various sectors such as technology renewable energy healthcare finance and others. Using your audit skills and knowledge of new sustainability frameworks you will deliver meaningful results for clients playing a part in building a better and more sustainable world for present and future generations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial and ESG audits for leading companies ensuring compliance with CSRD/ESRS EU Taxonomy and other reporting standards.
Develop expertise in sustainability frameworks including mapping dependencies identifying bottlenecks and escalating issues to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG assurance into financial audits providing strategic recommendations.
Assist non-audit clients in designing and implementing templates policies and controls for sustainability reporting.
Analyse ESG metrics such as carbon emissions climate risks and safety incidents and provide actionable insights.
Independently manage projects create detailed reports and present findings to clients.
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in sustainability practices to drive innovation in client solutions.
Embrace change and demonstrate resilience in adapting to new frameworks technologies and client needs.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a relevant field.
Experience: Background in financial auditing (experience in ESG assurance is a plus).
Languages: Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and clients.
Strong analytical and project management skills to handle complex client needs.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing regulatory landscape and willingness to embrace ongoing learning.
Preferred Capabilities
Progress in ACCA or other internationally recognized certifications is an advantage.
Interest and affinity for sustainability and ESG-related topics.
