- 主なクライアントは投資銀行弁護士事務所PEファンド大手事業法人など高プロファイルの取引に関与する機会があり著名なPEファーム投資銀行大手グローバル企業と協働します
- M&Aに関する専門知識を深めることができ金融および保険の重要な分野での専門性を高めることができますこの経験はキャリアの軌道を大きく向上させることができます
- 損害保険会社での法人営業職または金融コンサル事業会社にてM&A関連業務のご経験がありビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方を求めています
We will count on you to / 主な業務内容
- 新規顧客開拓ならびに表明保証保険などのM&A関連保険契約及び保険関連サービス拡販のための営業活動
- 表明保証保険などのM&A関連保険契約の手配
- 買収後の保険プログラムの提案手配
- 保険デューデリジェンスレポートの作成
- またこれら実現のための社内MMCグループ企業や保険会社を含む社外関係者との折衝調整
What you need to have / 必要な経験スキル
- 損害保険会社の法人営業職を経験企業系営業部であれば尚可
- または金融機関コンサル事業会社内でのM&A関連業務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力必須チーム内での公用語は英語
- PCスキルOutlookExcelWordPowerPointのスキル
