The Ithaca College School of Health Sciences & Human Performance invites applications for a full-time 12-month Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Instructor/Clinical Assistant Professor of Speech-Language Pathology. This is a non-tenure-eligible multi-year renewable position with an initial three-year term and periodic reappointment review.
The successful candidate will serve as the Director of the Sir Alexander Ewing Speech and Hearing Clinic which includes coordination of clinical practica and fieldwork. Responsibilities include:

Hiring Range:
$73000 - $81000 dependent on discipline qualifications and experience.

About the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
The Department of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology at Ithaca College offers robust graduate and undergraduate degree programs with ten full-time faculty. Our masters degree in speech-language pathology is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The department successfully launched a fully online modality masters degree option in 2024.
The Department is housed within the School of Health Sciences & Human Performance and operates the Ewing Speech & Hearing Clinic a community-facing clinic that provides diagnostic and treatment services across the lifespan. The Clinic is open September June and averages approximately 1000 visits per year including some group sessions. We also offer dynamic off campus clinical placement opportunities through hundreds of affiliations in the Ithaca community the surrounding region and across the nation. Our graduate and undergraduate programs emphasize clinical excellence evidence-based practice and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. With an emphasis on interprofessional education and collaborative practice faculty staff and students from across professions work collaboratively to promote positive outcomes for individuals and communities in programs such as our Center for Life Skills Parkinsons Wellness Collaborative and the Therapeutic Alliance Program.
