Senior HR Generalist Role based in Bucharest

The challenge

You would be joining EWX (Employee & Workplace Experience) organisation where were on a mission to redefine the future of work. Our vision is to be leading force in strategic disruption and exceptional employee experiences creating seamless safe and meaningful moments that matter across the employee journey. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our Bucharest team and extend on powerful EWX this role you will lead HR initiatives that support our business goals and improve the employee experience. This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong operational capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of HR protocols across the employee lifecycle and can excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment delivering a high level of employee experience.

What youll do

  • Demonstrate confidence and credibility when addressing medium to complex HR queries across a full employee life cycle. Use HR expertise on many subject matter areas such as compensation & leave of absence complex terminations
  • Identify and escalate complex employee and labor relation matters to SMEs and relevant COEs Manage track close and report progress on employee inquiries using ServiceNow Adobes case tracking tool.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR policies procedures and standard methodologies.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with country specific and EMEA wide and labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead and contribute to various EMEA and global projects requiring excellent coordination project management and collaboration skills.
  • Proactively create and update internal process knowledge bases to drive team enablement and AI-enabled support strategies.
  • Mitigate employee and manager concerns effectively by working closely with the extended HR ecosystem.
  • Facilitate partnerships with Centers of Excellence to drive seamless employee experience through employee centric solutions operational agility and accelerating on shared goals.
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of SOPs for key employee lifecycle processes for Romania.

What you need to succeed

  • Show confidence when advising/mentoring employees & managers through ambiguous topics.
  • Strong knowledge of HR concepts local/regional employment law and statutory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex collaborator networks to achieve results.
  • Thrives in changing environment and inspires others to innovateDedication to customer service and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of both virtual and local team structures.
  • Proactive approach; anticipate potential issues before they arise and diagnose root issues through listening and inquiry.
  • Previous experience in a shared services organization is a plus!
  • Proficient in English and Romanian; additional languages are encouraged!
