**Staffing Ratio: 1:1 for Active Labor; 1:2/3 for Mother/Baby Care**

**Qualifications**

- Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery

- Proficiency in Fetal Monitoring

- Prior travel nursing experience

- STABLE certification is preferred

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred

**Certification Requirements** - AWHONN Certification

- Basic Life Support (BLS AHA)

- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

- State Licensing Requirements: New Hampshire

- Compact Licenses are permitted
