Our Valuation & Advisory team supports leading investors developers and lenders in making strategic decisions in the Real Estate sector. We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our Valuation & Advisory team. This role requires strong interest and knowledge in urban planning zoning and land development processes as well as solid financial and analytical skills. What youll do:
Advise national and international investors developers and lenders on the valuation of land and development projects.
Analyze land potential considering zoning planning regulations urban development processes and financial feasibility.
Support valuation of portfolios and individual assets with a special focus on land and development opportunities across multiple market segments: Residential Logistics Offices Retail and Alternatives.
Collaborate closely with our Agency Capital Markets and Development teams to provide integrated high-quality advisory services
Prepare professional valuation reports in line with RICS and international standards.
What were looking for:
23 years of experience in real estate valuation consulting or financial analysis (experience in land valuation and/or urban planning processes will be highly valued).
Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field. A postgraduate in Urban Planning or legal/financial aspects of land development will be highly appreciated.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Solid knowledge or strong interest in urban planning zoning regulations and land development processes.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proactive team-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
