About the job

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences As an Order Entry Specialist youll be the backbone of our account representative team ensuring every customer order is processed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and knack for clear communication will drive smooth operations and on-time fulfilment keeping our customers delighted and our team running like a well-oiled machine. Currently this is a hybrid opportunity in Kenosha WI.

As part of the team you will:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the companys system.

• Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness including pricing terms and delivery information.

• Maintain constant communication with account representatives to ensure orders meet customer requirements and expectations.

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.

• Provide updates on order status to account reps and other stakeholders.

• Assist in managing order-related documentation and maintaining organized records.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry workflows.

• Adhere to company standards and compliance policies for data management and confidentiality.

What you know

You have a High School Diploma or equivalency and:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry order processing or a related field. Experience working in a customer service or logistics environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with order processing systems (e.g. SAP Salesforce or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and order management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
