Own the growth and engagement workstreamforDebtIQacross activation engagement retention and monetization
Partner with the otherDebtIQPMsto design prioritize and execute experiments that drive measurable impact
Write clearspecs and tickets and work directly with engineers during standups to keep execution fast and crisp
Design and runend-to-end A/B experiments from hypothesis to measurement to iteration
Work closely withourProduct Analyst to define metrics design event tracking and ensure clean instrumentation
Dive into data replays and user feedback to uncover friction points and new opportunities
Collaborate with design to improve key touchpoints like onboarding notifications and engagement loops
Tellcompelling stories with data aligning engineers peers and leadership around what matters most
Keep the pod focused onstep-function outcomesrather than incremental noise
6 years ofproduct management experience with 2 years focused ongrowth or engagement
Experience infintech or consumer techpreferred ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Track recordof runningexperiments that improved activation engagement or retention
Highly technical: fluent in SQL familiar with APIs and event tracking and comfortable debugging data with engineers
Obsessed withlearning velocity you run tight experiment loops and know how to separate signal from noise
Builder mindset: you prototype automate or script small tools to move faster
Great communicator and collaborator: you elevate the team not just your own roadmap
Curious aboutAI and automation and how they can accelerate experimentation or personalization

The above locations are eligible offices for this locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this roles team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and -person attendance is essential for this roles success and remote placement will not be offers relocation based on actual job level.

While the position will primarily work local hours LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.

As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations as needed.
Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 00. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge experience education skills and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClubs Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance employee performance and eligible earnings).
