Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic projects generating valuable insights.
- Present information on industry trends market positioning and competitive research to aid strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate across business lines and geographies to ensure strategic objectives are met presenting results and recommendations clearly.
- Mobilize resources for corporate strategy projects tracking and reporting implementation progress.
- Implement a strategic planning framework that engages leaders in effective dialogues and decision-making.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to keep the team informed of external developments.
- Develop and report on global strategies impacting the Operations function delivering actionable insights to achieve strategic goals.
- Analyze diverse data sources to provide meaningful measurable and actionable insights fostering a strong understanding of the broader business context.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration Management Economics Finance or STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it concisely comfortable with quantitative and financial analyses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities to articulate concepts and objectives clearly in diverse environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team building strategic partnerships and engaging key stakeholders effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight timelines.
- Good business acumen with an understanding of and interest in corporate strategy development and execution.
- Prior industry or consulting experience is preferred.
