Job Description

The Psychologist provides school-based psychological assessment treatment and consultation for students attending the Bradley Schools. Staff Psychologists also may supervise undergraduate graduate and/or postdoctoral psychology trainees. A clinical faculty appointment in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University is possible for those involved in teaching and supervision of psychology residents and/or fellows. Opportunities also exist for administrative leadership roles for interested/qualified candidates. Requirements Ph.D Psy.D or Ed. D in Clinical School or Counseling Psychology. Licensure or eligibility for licensure by the Rhode Island Department of Health as a Psychologist. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to school-aged youth with consideration of developmental processes as well as cultural familial and individual factors that may influence educational emotional and behavioral functioning and progress. One to two years of supervised postdoctoral experience within the field of Clinical Child and Adolescent psychology University Health is an Equal Opportunity employer.
