Medicasa leader nellassistenza domiciliare integrata in Italia è alla ricerca di uno/a OSS qualificato/a e motivato/a per ampliare il proprio team a Oristano. Se desideri fare la differenza nella vita delle persone e lavorare in un contesto dinamico e in forte espansione questa è lopportunità giusta per te.
Collaborerai con léquipe multidisciplinare (infermieri fisioterapisti medici) per garantire unassistenza completa e personalizzata.
Segnalerai al personale sanitario eventuali cambiamenti nelle condizioni del paziente.
Offrirai supporto emotivo e relazionale al paziente e ai suoi familiari.
Contribuirai a mantenere un ambiente domestico sicuro e confortevole.
Fornirai assistenza diretta e supporto nelle attività quotidiane a persone fragili al loro domicilio (igiene personale vestizione mobilizzazione alimentazione).

Attestato di Qualifica Professionale di Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) riconosciuto.
Esperienza pregressa anche minima nellassistenza domiciliare o in strutture socio-sanitarie.
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
