Business Unit: Property & Asset Management
Objectives:
Ensure data accuracy and reliability in the JLL Property Assistant through rigorous validation processes. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to maintain data integrity optimise system functionality and deliver trustworthy AI-generated insights within agreed timeframes.
Accountabilities:
- Execute daily validation tasks including prescriptive questioning generic query testing and specific data point verification across financial occupancy leasing and operational domains.
- Liaise with engineering teams to ensure all validation requirements and timeframes are met.
- Analyse and document validation procedures continuously improving the process.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI-generated summaries and responses prior to release to the business.
- Maintain data integrity across platforms and identify potential data hallucinations. Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the data validation and AI optimization process.
Key Result Areas
- Effective identification of data discrepancies and system issues.
- Clear communication with business representatives and engineering teams.
- Timely execution of validation processes and issue resolution.
- Continuous improvement of data validation methodologies.
Required Skill Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex data issues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple validation tasks.
- Professional approach with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail particularly in numerical data and AI-generated content.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience using AI tools and in-depth knowledge of Acumen and understanding of MRi or Yardi PRISM Evolution.
- Experience in quality assurance or data validation preferred.
