Global Data Analyst Team Manager - Your future position

As a Global Data Analyst Team Manager in our Budapest site you will be responsible for the Global Supply Chain Analytics team which provides reports analysis and data visualization solutions to Supply Chain Management supporting their decision making process. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of all Global Supply Chain Analytics activities in accordance with performance and quality standards acting as a main point of contact for Global Supply Chain Analytics Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyzing information and identifying trends or areas of risk exposure and areas of process / solution improvement opportunities
  • Day to day management of assigned team(s)
  • Set clearly defined performance objectives for assigned team(s) ensuring appropriate alignment with performance/ quality standards
  • Monitor actively support and analyze performance of assigned work team(s) against performance/ quality standards in order to support regional adherence to implemented global standards
  • Act as escalation point for process / system issues and questions
  • Monitor performance against agreed objectives of assigned team(s) taking corrective action to improve individual performance as necessary
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
  • Participate in recruitment of team members as required
  • Provide professional support for the team: Coach team members set goals evaluate skill development develop individual action plans and train team as needed
  • May be required to contribute to the development of service level agreements
  • Actively work on continuous improvement
  • Creates strong morale and spirit in the team
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Lays out work in an organized manner and monitors progress and results
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to policies and procedures

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Fluent English level
  • 5-7 years of experience within Supply Chain (experience in an analytics role would be beneficial)
  • 1 year of people management experience
