Job Description
Retail Seasonal Consultant
MAIN DUTIES
Ensure the following tasks are completed and achieved as follows:
- Ensures to create an appropriate atmosphere for the customer to have a memorableSwarovski Experience
- Responsible for processing efficient customer transactions (sales) and for following allRetail Policies & Procedures around the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout and ensure there is enough ribbon personalizedcards and gifting materials for the customer to select from in the cash area.
- Get all customer purchases Gift Ready in a timely manner.
- Answers and directs phone calls and/or customer inquiries to the Store ManagerAssistant Store Manager and/or Perm Sales Consultant
- Assists in verifying and receiving all inbound inventory. Unpacks stock and inventoriesmerchandise received. Will replenish inventory on the sales floor when required.
- Assists in setting up and operating special events to promote Swarovski products asrequired.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service in creating an overall positive brand experience.
- Ensuring proper and complete transactions at the POS for each sale.
- Any operational tasks such as merchandising stock replenishment and back-room and/or on the floor duties as business needs require
