As a Workplace Experience Associate you will help support the various touch points employees have with the workplace environment whether thats in the physical office or the digital workplace. Our employees are your customers and you will manage daily operations to create a workplace that increases individual well-being personal productivity and organizational effectiveness.

We are seeking an autonomous energetic and communicative Workplace Experience (WEx) for our Gainesville Florida location. This is a part-time role (20 hrs/wk) with the opportunity to influence your own schedule. This will alway be a part time role. The team is distributed across the U.S. so your direct teammates and managers are not on site with you day-to-day this requires a high level of site ownership and strong proactive communication as well as the ability to respond effectively in the moment.

What Youll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact to meet and greet guests answer all incoming calls help visitors and vendors gain access to the building. Submit work orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issues. Plan support employee events including catering booking resources reservations and event coordination. Order and maintain office spaces and amenities (snacks & beverages)Manage incoming shipments and coordinate pick up and delivery of express mail (UPS FedEx)
• Partner closely with IT and HR Ops team in the distribution and collection of company equipment
• Leverage ticket management system and approved productivity tools to address and support employees and their requests and concerns
• Process purchase orders and invoices for your site to ensure internal compliance and service continuity
• Drive Community Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in line with company values and in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams

Who You Are:

• 2 Years work experience customer service focus preferred
• Organized collaborative proactive
• Flexible and quick to learn
• Experience with Google Suite is preferred
