About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role focused on driving growth and expanding our presence in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling Salesforce or similar CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales. This position is best suited for a highly driven individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying developing and closing new business opportunities within the KSA market.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements positioning CRM solutions to meet client needs and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the CRM ecosystem providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting presentations proposals and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends competitor offerings and market dynamics.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of proven enterprise sales experience within the KSA market.
  • Strong track record selling Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP software solutions.
  • Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the CRM ecosystem and ability to conduct strategic consultative sales conversations.
  • Demonstrated success working as an individual contributor capable of operating independently without heavy reliance on support teams.
  • Strong negotiation relationship-building and closing skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
