Job Summary

Overview

Were looking for a Russian-speaking technology leader to define and scale AI architecture standards across a group of companies. As CTO youll set the technical direction for the portfolio ensuring multi-agent AI platforms are deployed reliably securely and in full compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain reference architecture for AI platforms and multi-agent orchestration.
Oversee data quality governance and traceability frameworks across subsidiaries.
Manage MLOps pipelines observability and GPU/cloud infrastructure.
Establish security compliance and ethical AI standards across the group.
Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams building scalable and high-performance capabilities.
Collaborate with product and business leaders to align AI investments with group strategy.
Evaluate new technologies and vendors guiding build-versus-buy decisions across the portfolio.

Requirements

8 years in distributed systems ML platform design or large-scale AI deployments.
Hands-on expertise with cloud-native infrastructure MLOps and secure-by-design practices.
Experience leading technical audits and certifications in enterprise environments.
Proven success scaling engineering teams in diverse business contexts.
Fluency in English and Russian with additional languages a plus.
Strong communication skills able to bridge technical and executive-level discussions.
