Basic Salary 35000. OTE 65000!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a thriving service and maintenance centre in Kingston.
This is the ideal role for candidates at any stage of their career whether you have just a couple of years workshop experience or are a seasoned technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
Youll be joining a forward-thinking team that values quality workmanship provides excellent manufacturer training and offers clear opportunities to progress within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing repairs and diagnostic work to manufacturer standards
- Identify and report defects ensuring MOT and safety compliance
- Maintain productivity within budgeted timescales
- Communicate clearly with customers when required
- Care for workshop tools and equipment reporting defects
- Support apprentices and share technical expertise
- Stay up to date with training and new technologies
- Work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality service
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Experience in an automotive repair environment from early career to advanced diagnostic level
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards
- Confident communicator with colleagues and customers
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- MOT Tester certification or willingness to train
- Flexibility to attend training as required
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: OTE (experience and productivity dependent)
- 1000 joining bonus within first six months
- Hours: MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm plus Saturday mornings on a 1-in-3 rota
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
