Sales Executive - New Business
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive New Business to join a fast-growing organization in the employer branding and workplace recognition space. This role is 100% focused on net new client acquisition. You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline generating opportunities and closing deals with senior-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting networking and social selling.
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Lead discovery calls presentations and negotiations with CHROs CMOs and other C-suite decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success in net new business development.
- Experience selling to senior executives (CHROs CMOs C-suite) preferred.
- Proven ability to close deals in the $25K-$45K range with experience pursuing six-figure enterprise contracts.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern prospecting/AI tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a hunter mentality proactive persistent and results-oriented.
