Job Summary

Position: VP of Sales (Accounting Services)

Location: Costa Mesa CA

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive significant revenue growth in the hospitality technology this high-impact leadership role youll be responsible for scaling a high-performing sales organization refining go-to-market strategies and accelerating our expansion within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for selling to enterprise franchise owners corporate offices and small business owners directly.
Define lead and execute the companys overall sales strategy which is focused on rapid expansion and market penetration across Texas and the nation.
Secure high-value opportunities and drive revenue growth across all hospitality sectors.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients focusing on expanding our customer base.
Develop innovative marketing strategies for our products and services.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive leads and close deals at high performance.
Ensure accurate CRM data to inform business strategy and track growth.
Present product demonstrations to clients in person or via Microsoft Teams.
Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while meeting weekly KPIs.
Monitor sales data generate reports and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required.
Experience managing sales processes and achieving KPIs and quotas.
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems.
Ability to present and close deals with C-level executives and fortune 500 companies.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of software systems is a plus.

Pay: $150000 base Commissions (no cap)
