The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset to guide executive decision-making and ensure alignment with market trends and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop refine and implement strategic initiatives that support TemperaturePros vision and growth objectives.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and operational efficiency.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure successful strategy execution.
Prepare and present detailed reports forecasts and strategic plans to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Strategic Advisor Business Consultant or technology sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree.
