We are seeking a **Remote Fire Sales Specialist** to join our expanding team. This role is designed for a high-energy motivated sales professional with a strong track record of building client relationships driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

## **Position Overview**

The Fire Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating developing and closing sales opportunities that drive both group dining reservations and catering sales for DIVIETO Ristorante Group. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates effectively with clients and strategically identifies opportunities to increase sales through proactive outreach.

As a remote position the specialist will leverage digital tools phone and virtual meetings to connect with prospects and existing clients while aligning with the companys sales strategies.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* **Sales Strategy & Execution**

* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities in group dining catering and private events.

* Use CRM and digital platforms to manage leads track progress and maintain accurate sales records.

* **Client Relationship Management**

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and local organizations.

* Conduct virtual presentations tastings and consultations to showcase DIVIETOs offerings.

* Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.

* **Market Development**

* Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.

* Partner with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that attract and retain clients.

* Represent DIVIETO brand standards and values in all communications and sales efforts.

* **Collaboration & Reporting**

* Work closely with restaurant operations catering managers and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Provide weekly and monthly sales reports with pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.

* Participate in sales meetings training sessions and continuous professional development.

## **Qualifications & Requirements**

* **Work Authorization:** U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit required.

* Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

* 3 years of proven sales experience preferably in hospitality restaurants catering or event services.

* Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

* Proficiency with CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom Teams etc.).

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving sales goals.

* Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.

* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.

* Flexibility to occasionally support on-site events or client visits if required.
