Job Description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting and Cost Center Accounting.
- Assist in requirement gathering FIT-GAP analysis and preparation of functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM SD and PP modules.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT UAT) data migration and cutover planning.
- Work with technical teams to support the development and testing of WRICEF objects.
- Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
- Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in the Finance domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.
- Good understanding of Universal Journal Financial Closing and Reporting in S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Exposure to cross-module integration with MM SD and PP.
- Basic understanding of SAP BTP Fiori apps and RISE with SAP is a plus.
Certifications:
- Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
- Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or related field ( MBA CA etc.)
