*This is a Full-Time position in our St. Petersburg FL Corporate Headquarters.
What You Will Do:
As a Fund Marketing Associate you will support the marketing efforts for ARKs US fund lineup including our ETFs SMAs private funds and the ARK Venture Fund. You will help ensure our fund marketing initiatives are executed with precision consistency and creativity while working in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is critical in helping ARK expand access to disruptive innovation across our growing suite of US products.

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to manage content flow for ARKs US Funds.
- Coordinate across compliance sales research and design teams to ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to amplify fund campaigns.
- Support the execution of digital paid media and precision marketing campaigns targeting ARKs investor base.
- Generate and analyze fund marketing reports including web traffic engagement and sales metrics.
- Conduct competitive analysis to track positioning of ARKs funds versus peers.
- Assist in creating advertising materials and investor-facing content in collaboration with internal design and content teams.
- Manage administrative tasks and timelines to ensure fund marketing projects run smoothly and on schedule.

- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in marketing (financial services or investment management experience a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
- Exposure to design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Finance Business or related field.
