Responsibilities
- Diagnose cause of malfunction
- Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
- Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs
- Communicate cause and correction to Advisors
- Complete full andaccuratemulti-point inspections
- Stay on top of diagnostic and repair procedures with ongoing Ford training
- Master Ford diagnostic tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
- ASE and/or OEM certifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair / mechanic experience
- Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
- General mechanical skillsand manual dexterity
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- No DUI or reckless driving in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass random drug screens
