We are seeking a talented individual to join our Treaty Administration team at Marsh Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site role that requires in-office daily attendance.
The Treaty Administration team plays a critical role in managing reinsurance treaties and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the smooth processing of treaty contracts and maintains accurate records to facilitate business operations.
Role Title:Treaty Broking Associate
We will count on you to:
Liaise with colleagues when pre-renewal steps are starting and coordinate contract-specific requirements.
Organize data and documents necessary for treaty placement.
Draft treaty slips in preparation for treaty placements using the company provided tools and facilities.
Set up necessary documents to facilitate treaty placement / servicing.
Maintain records and data as required by company policies.
Generate documents deemed necessary to service clients.
Complete contract certainty and core standards checklists as per Global Treaty Professional Standards.
Monitor account due dates update trackers and liaise internally and externally to ensure timely processing of accounts and premium adjustments.
What you need to have:
Experience with treaty administration and/or insurance contract management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using MS tools such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams including Legal Compliance and Accounting.

Familiarity with the revision tools and treaty renewal processes.
Knowledge of Global Treaty Professional Standards and contract certainty checklists.
Experience in premiums and claims pro forma preparation and calculations.
