In SAP human capital at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Summary -

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager in our Managed Services team with extensive hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors domains to lead architect and deliver end-to-end HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will be a solution architect with deep technical expertise a strategic mindset and proven leadership capabilities. This role demands managing the entire SAP HCM/SF capability with a focus on Employee Central and Payroll modules driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration and optimization across the HCM landscape.

16 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors domains.

SAP HCM Certified Consultant

ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred

As a Senior Manager you will get the opportunity to lead strategic SAP HCM and SuccessFactors initiatives impacting global HR operations work in a dynamic technology-forward environment collaborating with cross-functional teams and industry experts and helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead the design architecture and implementation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions focusing on Employee Central and Payroll.

Serve as the hands-on solution architect and SME delivering scalable and efficient HCM solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.

Oversee and manage the full SAP HCM capability including on-premises and cloud deployments integrations upgrades and customizations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders HR IT teams and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Develop and maintain roadmaps for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and digital HR transformation initiatives.

Drive adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules and lead cloud migration or hybrid environment strategies as applicable.

Manage and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants and technical resources.

Enforce best practices in solution design testing deployment and support.

Lead or participate in governance forums ensuring compliance with ITIL V4 best practices and organizational policies.

Stay updated with the latest trends releases and innovations in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for technical teams and end-users.

Work closely with payroll teams to ensure compliance accurate processing and integration to other finance systems.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Expertise in integration data migration and upgrading scenarios

Train coach and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

Establish project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in close partnership with stakeholders.

Promote sustained development of internal relationships while enhancing the strength of the PwC brand.

Foster a cohesive team environment through effective client engagement workstream oversight and cross-team collaboration.

Participate proactively in initiatives across multiple competencies and contribute to Center of Excellence (COE) activities.

Exhibit strong project management capabilities by coordinating several projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.

Technical Skills:

SAP HCM Core Modules:Expertise in Personnel Administration Organizational Management Time Management Payroll Benefits and Talent Management.

Payroll:In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration legal compliance retroactive accounting and payroll processing across multiple countries.

Time Management:Skilled in shift planning absence/attendance and seamless payroll integration.

Organizational Management:Strong understanding of organizational structure design and reporting hierarchies.

SuccessFactors Employee Central:Proficient in EC configuration including Foundation Objects MDF Business Rules Workflows and Role-Based Permissions.

Payroll Integration:Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with on-premises /cloud payroll systems ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Data Migration & Integration:Skilled in SAP data migration (LSMW CPI) middleware (SAP PI/PO CPI) APIs and hybrid SAP HCM-SuccessFactors landscapes.

Customization & Enhancements:Experience with BAdIs user exits and custom workflows to tailor HR solutions.

Reporting & Analytics:Use of SAP and SuccessFactors analytics tools to deliver HR insights and support strategic decisions.

Security & Authorizations:Designing and implementing SAP HR security roles to maintain data privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR).

Project Delivery:Strong track record managing full lifecycle SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Governance & ITIL:Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident change and problem management within SAP ecosystems.

Team Leadership:Coaching and mentoring teams while driving technical excellence and stakeholder collaboration.

Delivery lead experience:

Expertise in managing full implementation life cycle from blueprinting design build testing and deployment to post-go-live support and continuous enhancements.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processesincident problem and change managementto ensure operational stability and SLA adherence in SAP HCM environments.

Familiarity with Agile Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies in delivering SAP HCM/SuccessFactors projects

Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines milestones resource allocation and budget estimates.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors to support project execution.

Oversee project teams to maintain effective communication and collaboration.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as required to achieve project objectives.

Identify and manage project risks and issues through proactive mitigation strategies.

Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs through established verification methods.

Track project performance using tools and techniques such as KPIs and dashboards.

Report on project status risks and issues to management and escalate when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company standards policies and regulatory requirements for all projects.

Organize meetings workshops and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement in future projects.
