As a Concierge at Fonab Castle you will operate as part of a team to ensure the very best guest experience from initial welcome to fond farewell. Our Concierge team are the heart of Fonab Castle and are much loved and remembered by guests. Responsibilities include: greeting guests; parking cars; escorting guests to rooms; helping guests with dinner arrangements and booking local activities and collecting and returning guests to the local railway station. It is an important busy and rewarding role. The role is 5 days a week including some weekend shifts with various shift patterns including morning shifts late shifts and mid shifts.
