Your role
As estaras Client Service Coordinator you will work closely with our dedicated In-home and Community Support team focusing on our impact across Mount Gambier and the wider South East area.
Day-to-day you will work with our clients and key stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring they are provided with high-quality services that are key to enabling their independence and supporting them to reach their potential. As well as this you will also be responsible for providing direction and advice to a team of Support Workers making a real impact across the South East local community predominately in Mount Gambier Millicent and surrounding areas. Every estara client receives unique support tailored to their needs and aspirations allowing you to enjoy great variety in your role and see the positive change you are influencing in peoples lives.
