What Youll Experience
- Clinical Freedom: Tailor treatment plans to your clientsfree from rigid assessment tools or prescribed models.
- Autonomy: You set your schedule. Prioritize what matters mostyour clients.
- Administrative Relief: Our dedicated Operations team handles documentation authorizations and coordination with clients and funding sourcesso you can focus on clinical care.
- Supportive Mentorship: Whether youre newly certified or looking to grow youll have direct access to a responsive clinical team ready to back you up.
What Youll Do
- Design and supervise individualized behavior modification programs in home community group home and/or school settings.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based proactive behavior support plans.
- Train and support clients families and caregivers during scheduled sessions.
- Oversee and mentor direct care staff ensuring fidelity to treatment plans and fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with families conservators and teams to ensure behavior plans are practical sustainable and person-centered.
- Stay current with the latest research to ensure all interventions reflect best practices in the field.
- Manage your caseload and submit clinical documentation in a timely organized manner.
- Step in where your expertise is needed most to support the broader success of the team.
What You Bring
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in good standing.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.
- Completion of 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Passion professionalism and the belief that every person deserves dignity and opportunity.
