Job Detail
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00PM
The primary purpose of thePreschool Teachers Assistant is to supervise interact with and engage with three- and four-year-old students in a classroom and playground setting.
Duties Include:
- Supervise the preschool students at all times to ensure safety and healthy interaction with other students
- Organize and lead daily activities for the preschool students
- Assist the preschool students with daily activities such as arts and crafts indoor learning centers and afternoon snack
- Supervise the preschool students during gross motor activities: playing on playground equipment riding bicycles and taking walks as a group
Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a child-care facility or preschool
- Copies of updated clearances (FBI fingerprint Child Abuse and Criminal Background) will be required upon hiring
- CPR / AED certification (preferred)
