職責Job Responsibilities

アカウントマネージャーとして主にSMEマーケット開拓による法人契約を獲得するビジネスを担当します

主な業務の一つはplaying managerとして九州地区福岡支店が保有する直扱い契約の更改アップセルクロスセルなど保険募集活動に自ら関わると同時に営業社員の育成サポート帯同管理業務を行います保険商品も多岐に及びますので生損保問わず他社の商品知識も身につき専門的なリスクコンサルティングで潜在リスクの洗い出しを含め適切なリスク対策の組み合わせをお客さまごとに提案します

また営業社員の育成指導にも携わります見込み先へのアプローチ話法や商談の工夫を含め営業社員に企業への適切な情報提供企画提案力を指導します
