Education Qualifications:

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant utilizes advanced health assessment knowledge and decision making skills while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients co-workers and others.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS:

Primary site of service will be in Moose Lake MN

This position is a fast paced acute walk-in care setting

Additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus for future outreach and can be obtained after hire.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements):

EDUCATION:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing or masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota and Wisconsin Current certification in CPR. National certification in applicable area. Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
