This Position reports to:
Risk & Internal Controls ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to support and facilitate the assessment of financial reporting risks and the design implementation and maintenance of a high-quality system of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR). Each day you will coordinate activities to design implement and maintain a system of internal control in line with the group standards. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the management in timely and sustainable remediation of deficiencies if any.

This role is contributing to the Risk & Internal Control Function in Bengaluru.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Contributing to projects and activities towards simplification and rationalization of the overall ICoFR environment and the related systems.
- Supporting planning and timely execution of the operational testing of controls for the annual SOX - 404 assertion.
- Monitoring and following-up on the timely completion of all management testing in your area of responsibility.
- Supporting the assessment of deficiencies and their underlying causes preparing relevant analyses and sponsoring remediation and sustainable elimination of the causes of deficiency.
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Internal Risk and Control.
- You have 4 years of experience in Internal Risk & Control.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Risk
- Degree in BBA/ BBM/ B. Com
