Actividades:
- Responsable de implementar a nivel estratégico táctico y operativo la gestión de negocios SIX indirectos; logrando los compromisos e indicadores marcados por la compañía (volumen mismas tiendas otras categorías operating profit productividad (cerveza y otras categorías).
- Desarrollar una cultura de trabajo de acuerdo a la estrategia compañía (evergreen) y de excelencia operativa.
- Identificar oportunidades en la operación de los negocios y proponer cambios para la mejor utilización de las inversiones ya existentes.
- Asegurar que todos los negocios operen por encima del punto de equilibrio.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en puestos de liderazgo (retail ventas y distribución de consumo masivo).
- Conocimiento en mejora continua.
- Inglés avanzado
- Dominio de Power BI SAP y Data Analytics.
- Conocimiento financiero y revenue management.
- Disponilidad para viajar.
