Job Description:

Hitachi Railis looking for an enthusiastic self-motivatedSenior Technological Site Supervisiorwho thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based inChennai India

About the Position: Need experienced person in handling & Leading Metro construction activities

Key Accountabilities: Ensure the realization of all technologies with a complex project

environment

Achievement of the Handover/Interface Milestones according to

the Project Planning and Specification

HSE compliance

Maintain forecast less than or equal to Budget for the assigned

projects

Ensure the quality of the works (e.g. compliance of the works with

the projects design and specifications)

Ensure compliance of construction activities with the construction

planning

Liaise with Customers /Authorities /Contractors/

Partner/Subcontractors for site and/or materials takeover and/or

handover

Ensure the compliance on site of the rules foreseen by the HSE

Management plan for the works under his/her responsibility

Ensure the optimization of the resources (internal and

external/subcontractors) in the project on site having as baseline

the project budget and Planning

Agree with Construction manager and develop site specific plans to

be implemented in projects program and budget

Ensure the continuous updating and improvement of processes and procedures

Key Experiences preferred: 10 years of experience in Metro signallaing site activities such as installation and / or interface activities at site

Key qualifications preferred: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or electronics and communication Engineering
