The opportunity

Join ourCore Business Services (CBS)team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional you will work across teams to provide the knowledge resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients win in the marketplace and support EYs growth and profitability.

The Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) team has an ambitious plan to accelerate and unlock the power of EYs purpose both inside and outside the organization so that the brand becomes a more potent driving force toward EYs growth ambitions.

Our Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is undergoing a positive and exciting change. As we expand and improve our services there are always new stories to tell. We are looking for an ambitious junior professional with an interest and experience in copywriting and content creation to help us drive this change. You will be joining a creative team that is determined to deliver a top-class service to our clients internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities

• Copywrite material in Greek and English especially surveys and studies
• Help create content for EYs English and Greek website
• Actively contribute to the project management of the local thought leadership program (surveys and studies) for EY in Greece by researching analyzing data copywriting proofreading and coordinating the structure documentation layout and publication
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Ensuring full consistency with brand writing guidelines
• Bringing fresh ideas and thinking to engage target communities and assist in strengthening our brand both in the market and internally
• Supporting senior members of the team on the implementation of projects
• Taking ownership of projects and bring them to successful completion
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the business and competitive landscape

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for

• Strong academic background with a bachelors degree from a top university
• Proven experience in copywriting ideally in a corporate environment
• Outstanding written and verbal skills both in Greek and English
• Project management skills
• SEO-friendly content creation skills
• Highly skilled in using the MS Office packages in particular MS PowerPoint
• Ability to develop material and to innovate and spot new opportunities
• Familiarity with information technology including AI and other digital tools and means of communication
• Strong team participation communication and interpersonal skills particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Willingness to learn proactivity and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas and work under tight deadlines
• Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work internal business and practice development
• Confidence to communicate with audiences from a wide range of backgrounds
• Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality and details
• Innovative and creative with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving

Ideally youll also have

• Experience in working in a well-structured organization and virtual teams
• Experience in a professional services environment and/or matrix organization balancing multiple stakeholders requirements
