Youll be at the heart of our logistical prowess ensuring that our products reach their destinations swiftly and accurately. By maintaining an organized warehouse and managing critical inventory tasks you will transform chaos into clarity and precision. IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS YOU WILL CONQUER THE FOLLOWING:
30-Day Goals:
* Familiarize yourself with our product lines and logistics processes by studying and presenting your learnings to leadership. This will enhance your operational expertise and align with our goals for process efficiency.
* Conduct 5 comprehensive stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize the replenishment process.


60-Day Goals:
* Develop a robust understanding of our inventory management systems to bolster accuracy and efficiency. Youll be tasked with updating and refining our SOP documentation to reflect real-time processes.
* Successfully manage and orchestrate at least 20 multi-stage order fulfillments demonstrating your ability to handle complex logistical tasks.


90-Day Goals:
* Execute a full inventory audit identifying discrepancies and proposing actionable solutions to streamline future operations.
* Train a new hire on our operational standards and processes showcasing your leadership agility and commitment to team empowerment.


SOFT SKILLS


Your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will be the cornerstone of your success. We seek someone who communicates with clarity and purpose interacts positively with a wide spectrum of personalities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach to tackling challenges will inspire others around you and foster a collaborative spirit.


TECHNICAL SKILLS


You will need basic proficiency with inventory management software and a keen understanding of mathematical principles related to inventory and logistics. Familiarity with safety regulations and equipment handling guidelines will be essential as you navigate daily operations.


MUST HAVES


An unyielding commitment to efficiency and a can-do attitude are non-negotiables. You must be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs and ready to embrace challenges with enthusiasm. A keen attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
