Position Mission:Develop the strategy of growth of the business by ensuring the implementation of profitable development projects coordinating from the preparation of the projects of infrastructure works and their capitalization obtaining the permits that compliance with local regulation and coordinate the construction process with a high level of quality and safety by reviewing the project schedule deliverables costs (CAPEX & OPEX).

Your Impact:As DEVELOPMENT MANAGER you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

1 Evaluate and achieve profitable projects checking that they have the best cost-benefit and

complying with the minimum internal rate of 10.8% to ensure profitability for the company and the client.

2 Assign manage and control the work of contractors through supervision and administrative

controls to ensure quality of work and correct application of resources

3 Conduct technical evaluations of tenders

Evaluating background operating capacity and experience

Relying on third parties for the construction of the infrastructure

4 Ensure that the contractual framework for third-party services is in place

Participate in negotiations as well as coordinate and monitor the preparation of contracts

Establish conditions and sanctions that guarantee the quality of the works

5 Manage new infrastructure projects from conception to capitalization of assets.

Monitoring the construction plan ensuring that material and human resources are available and monitoring the budget

Completing the works according to the plan and budget

6 Monitor and coordinate payment to contractors

Check that billing is in line with the progress of the work and what is established in the contracts

Control the budget

Requirements:To join our team as DEVELOPMENT MANAGER we are looking for:

  • Education and Experience:Civil Industrial Engineering Administrator Architecture
  • Technical Skills:Technical knowledge Civil works Marketing
  • Key Competencies:Leadership decision making planning and organization delegation problem analysis proactivity oral communication
  • Languages: Advanced English
