Missions :

Reporting to the Maritime Division you will join the Global Reefer Trade Managers team in the Maritime Purchasing Division and contribute to the following tasks:

Obtaining rates from shipowners for specific trades

Responding to quotation requests from the network

Negotiating freight rates with shipowners for targeted accounts

Compiling purchase rates for key accounts

Ad hoc marketing studies

Profile :

In business or engineering school you should preferably be specialising in purchasing. Knowledge of international transport/logistics would be an advantage.

You are motivated curious and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a good command of Office software. Proficiency in Excel is essential.

You are fluent in English and knowledge of another language would be an advantage.

You are thorough and proactive.

With a genuine interest in current affairs and the international economy your analytical and summarising skills are key assets for success in this internship.
