Job Summary:
This is a student employee position with up to 10 hours of work available per week supporting the College of Natural Resources Administrative Office. The applicant must be willing to work a minimum of one Friday per month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet students staff faculty and other visitors to the office and by telephone.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Students Office front desk area and lobby.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Prepare reports correspondence and forms.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with university policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Possess strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Teams Excel Outlook)
Wage: $11.00/hour
