The opportunity
EY-Parthenon is looking for a Senior / Manager to join our MENA Strategy team to lead impactful strategy consulting projects and support the growth of our Energy/Industrials sector.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior / Manager at EY-Parthenon you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic consulting engagements specifically within the Oil & Gas Power & Utilities and Sustainability sectors. Drawing on your prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment you will define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenons rigorous standards.
You will work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges translating their needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables. Your sector expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate industry-specific dynamics.
You will also be expected to manage project teams maintain strong client relationships and ensure the quality and timeliness of all addition you will proactively identify risks escalate issues appropriately and contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.
Skills and attributes for success
Solid consulting background with demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects in the Oil & Gas Power & Utilities and/or Sustainability sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential along with the ability to conduct market assessments develop business strategies and apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Candidates should be proficient in using data analytics tools and possess a deep understanding of industry trends. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelors degree from a top-ranking institution with outstanding academic performance.
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields.
- International experience or exposure to regional markets is a plus.
Ideally youll also:
- Have an MBA or Masters degree from a top-tier university.
- Have experience leading significant strategy projects including digital transformation and market entry strategies.
- Have strong problem-solving and project management skills.
