About the job
The responsibility of the PTP is to facilitate and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the end-to-end P2P process from purchase requisition up-to payments - as per Nouryon standards.
In your future role as PTP Specialist you will
Help-desk Support and Adherence to P2P Process Guidelines:
- Act as the first point of contact for P2P issues including escalations with external suppliers and business users.
- Guide business users in setting up purchase requests and orders in ARIBA and SAP and monitor the quality of purchase orders.
- Assist with timely execution of goods and service receipts (GR/SR) and provide feedback for improving invoice handling.
- Help address issues with master data and authorizations.
- Serve as a key user interacting with IM by logging tickets and testing P2P process changes in SAP/ARIBA.
- Maintain and manage all P2P-related IM tickets.
- Direct end-users to training materials and provide functional explanations.
- Ensure systems are used efficiently and aligned with business processes and prepare KPI reports regularly.
Support with Complex Invoice Processing Activities:
- Coordinate with all Nouryon departments for efficient process execution.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and expedite payments.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve invoice and purchase order issues.
- Respond to vendor queries resolve recurring issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Keep all stakeholders informed about P2P policies and procedures.
- Monitor vendor portals query mailboxes and follow up on invoice escalations.
- Track the E-invoice Power BI Dashboard.
Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare and upload SOX controls support audit requests and assist with special projects.
We believe you bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Finance o Practical knowledge of P2P accounting.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
Great if you have:
- Experience with business software such as ARIBA SAPVIM Celonisand MS Office.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hands-on mentality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle escalations in a professional way.
Great if you are:
- Self-motivated.
- A team player.
- Able to work with deadlines and pressure e.g. during month closing.
