About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals Do you thrive both on the gym floor and at the front of a group class Were looking for a Personal Trainer & Class Instructor to join our team at Anytime Fitness. This role combines one-to-one coaching with leading fun high-energy group sessions all while delivering exceptional support to our addition there may be opportunities to take on some hours as a Membership Advisorhelping prospective members through the joining process promoting services and supporting retention. This is a great chance to combine your fitness expertise with sales and customer service experience.Key

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group fitness classes and small-group training sessions
• Provide tailored personal training programs to support members goals
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members
• Retain coaching clients through follow-up appointments and motivational support
• Inspire and convert leads into long-term PT clients and club members
• Support membership sales renewals and upgrades when working as a Membership Advisor
• Ensure the gym floor and equipment are always clean safe and welcoming
• Build strong relationships to increase member engagement and retention
• Represent the club confidently on social media and in outreach activities
• Support club promotions campaigns and member events

What Were Looking For

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (required)
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (preferred)
• Experience delivering fitness classes or small-group sessions
• At least 1 year of sales or membership-based experience (preferred)
• A friendly approachable personality with a natural ability to motivate others
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for fitness
• Comfortable using digital tools (iPads laptops Microsoft Office fitness tech)
• Professional adaptable and confident engaging with members both in person and online
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
