About the Role
Were looking for a Merchant Acquisition Manager to join our growing team and lead the expansion of our Card Linked Offers (CLO) proposition across the UK Ireland and Europe.
Youll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new retail partnersparticularly in-store merchantsand managing those relationships to ensure ongoing performance and value. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a background in affiliate marketing retail or digital performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end acquisition of new CLO merchants from prospecting and pitching to contract and onboarding
- Build and manage strong merchant relationships providing performance insights and strategic recommendations
- Optimise CLO offers in line with client objectives and commercial goals
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing Operations and Product to support delivery
- Monitor merchant performance and budgets reporting key insights to stakeholders
- Represent Valuedynamx in client discussions and industry forums
- Support broader Retail Partnerships team as needed
About You
- Proven experience in affiliate/performance marketing ideally with a network or publisher background
- Demonstrated success in merchant acquisition including new budget generation
- Knowledge of retail e-commerce or card-linked marketing
- Commercially driven with the ability to build compelling B2B propositions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client- and partner-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Technically literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment
