POSITION SUMMARY:
TrueTimber Outdoors is a design distribution and sourcing company with over 100 employees located in Inman SC. The company specializes in apparel textiles marine components hydrographic film and outdoor recreational accessories. TrueTimber Outdoors has experienced high levels of growth year after year and provides talentedindividuals accelerated career growth within the company.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated highly organized Customer Service and Administrative Clerk to join our this role your duties will include set up and managing filing systems data entry timely communication while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled.
Job Description:
- Filing and Organization:Assist multiple departments by filing and organizing fabrics trims and apparel samples.
- Fabric Management:Set up and maintain an organized inventory of fabrics ensuring easy access and accurate records.
- Sample Tracking:Track and organize sample trims fabrics and apparel ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Customer Service:Communicate with factories licensees and vendors as directed to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Data Entry:Maintain accurate records of fabric and trim samples including details such as source cost and usage.
- Sales Order Entries Accurately enter sales orders in ERP system ensuring all customer requirements and specifications are met.
- Administrative Tasks:Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the design department.
- Excel Management Utilize advanced Excel skills to create update and maintain various spreadsheets related to production fabric inventory and sales orders.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong knowledge of Excel functions formulas and formatting.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to identify errors.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with common computer software and hardware.
- NetSuite Software: Experience with NetSuite software is a plus.
