Software Dev Engr

Hi Im Rita Dias your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. As a Software Development Engineer in Ascendon R&D you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team developing solutions for Ascendon platform. You will work collaboratively with other CSG delivery teams in Chicago Bangalore and Brisbane. You will leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile Scrum test automation Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop telecom BSS solutions.

• Participating in product development activities within the ASCENDON R&D team.

• Communicating and collaborating effectively to ensure team alignment and project success.

• Utilizing programming skills in languages such as C# or Go Lang.

You Should Have

• Bachelors Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 2 years of technical experience in the telecom BSS domain in solution design and/or product development.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate well across teams.

• Solid programming ability in languages like C# or Go Lang.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Cloud Services (AWS).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities including experience gathering and analysing information to develop effective solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within SAFe Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to thrive in a team environment.
