Job Description

Hourly Pay Range:

$26.61 - $39.92 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Practice Operations Coordinator
  • Location: Glenbrook IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.
  • Required Travel: Limited Travel

What you will do:

  • Overseeing the daily administrative functions of medical practices ensuring efficient and organized operations.
  • Managing patient appointment scheduling optimizing patient flow and provider schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Addressing patient inquiries concerns and feedback ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Supporting financial aspects including billing coding insurance verification and revenue cycle management.
  • Coordinating and assign tasks to practice support staff including medical assistants administrative personnel and other team members.
  • Monitoring and enforcing quality assurance and compliance measures to maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Ensuring the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to enhance patient care and record-keeping.
  • Overseeing inventory levels and supply procurement ensuring practices are well-stocked and resources are used efficiently.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports on practice performance including operational financial and patient care metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers practice managers and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives and improvements within practices.

What you will need:

  • 3 years of urology experience.
  • Bachelors Degree Health Administration Perferred
  • 1 Year Previous experience in healthcare administration or practice management required
