As a Project Coordinator IV youll use your skills in organization communications and collaboration skills to support our leadership team in their administrative needs. Join us for a career in Cardiac Surgery that changes lives.

This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Executive support

  • Provides proactive administrative support the Vice-president of Marketing including calendar management travel arrangements coordination of internal and external engagements such as meetings and conferences submitting expenses.
  • Provide administrative support for 4 marketing directors including travel arrangements logistics coordination for meetings.
  • Gathers compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact between the VP and internal teams clients and partners.
  • Coordinate staff meetings creates agenda minutes and track actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of department presentations objectives and other key materials for internal and external meetings.

Project & Event Support

  • Lead or support coordination planning and execution of marketing events team offsites leadership summits or special events.
  • Large-scale meeting support may include logistics coordination (secure room A/V support catering etc.) pre-event material preparation day-of meeting set up contract/payment processing as needed management of minutes and other related activities.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Administrative operations

  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Order supplies manage office needs.
  • Use problem solving skills for process improvement in systems and processes.

High School Diploma or GED is required

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Previous Medtronic experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • High level of work ethic professionalism discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Has a team-oriented collaborative style.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives and other assistants.
  • Interest in aligning business level communication to corporate brand.
  • Event/large group meeting planning experience.
  • Hands-on project management experience (use of planning tools etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Exercise high degree of maturity discretion and integrity especially as this role may require handling of sensitive and confidential information.

In addition to Base Salary this position is eligible for a short-term incentive plan which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. Learn more about Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP)here.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experiencecertification/education market conditions location etc.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62400.00 - $93600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
