Job Description
Ready to lead inspire and shape the future of ISR training Leidos is seeking a Senior RPA IIQC Instructor to join our elite team at Shaw AFB SC. This high-impact role is part of a major program supporting Air Combat Commands (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missionone of the most critical and fast-evolving domains in national defense. If youre a seasoned intelligence professional with a passion for instruction and a current TS/SCI clearance this is your opportunity to make a lasting mark.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver formal Initial Qualification Training (IQT) to personnel supporting platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron Operational Support Squadron Group or Wing level.
Design and update course materials develop immersive training exercises and ensure curriculum reflects the latest technologies systems and tools.
Lead pre-mission briefings and administer academic testing to assess readiness and retention.
Train on advanced ISR topics including RADAR/IR theory SIGINT GEOINT Special Payloads Weapons Capabilities and Threats Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment and key Air Force mission sets such as ISR Close Air Support Combat Search and Rescue Counter-land Counter-Sea and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 8 years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Proven instructor experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required on day one.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
Formal instructor certification.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $80600.00 - $145700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
